Phone Battery Replacement in Australind

If your phone dies by lunchtime or shuts down with charge left, a new battery can make a big difference. Walk in to Kiosk 1, Treendale Shopping Centre.

Signs your battery needs replacing

  • The battery drains much faster than it used to
  • The phone shuts down even though it shows charge left
  • It gets hot while charging or during normal use
  • A battery health or service warning appears in Settings
  • The back or screen is lifting (stop using and charging it, and bring it in)

On an iPhone you can check under Settings › Battery › Battery Health. On Samsung phones, look in Settings › Battery and device care, or the Samsung Members app.

We replace batteries for iPhone, Samsung, Google, OPPO and other major brands. Some iPhone models may show a battery message in Settings after a replacement. If it may apply to your model, we’ll explain before we start.

  3. We repair it in store. All repairs are done in store, most while you shop or within a few days. We don't do on-site visits.
  4. Collect and check. Check the device with us when you pick it up. The repair is covered by our 3-month warranty.

Parts and warranty

Unless we agree otherwise, we use quality aftermarket parts. We’ll tell you if another grade of part is available and what it costs. Every repair comes with our 3-month warranty on parts and labour, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Before your repair: please back up your device if you can. The repair of goods may result in loss of any user-generated data. Please ensure that you have made a copy of any data saved on your goods. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
