Glued-in screens
Many tablets have screens glued to the body, and removing them carries extra risk, for example to the display underneath. We’ll explain these risks before we start, and we remain responsible for using due care and skill.
How it works
- Bring it in. Walk in to Kiosk 1 at Treendale Shopping Centre during opening hours. No appointment needed.
- We check it and quote. We look at the device with you, note any existing damage and tell you the price before we start.
- We repair it in store. All repairs are done in store, most while you shop or within a few days. We don't do on-site visits.
- Collect and check. Check the device with us when you pick it up. The repair is covered by our 3-month warranty.
Parts and warranty
Unless we agree otherwise, we use quality aftermarket parts. We’ll tell you if another grade of part is available and what it costs. Every repair comes with our 3-month warranty on parts and labour, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Before your repair: please back up your device if you can. The repair of goods may result in loss of any user-generated data. Please ensure that you have made a copy of any data saved on your goods. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

Yes. We see plenty of dropped family iPads and tablets. A sturdy case and screen protector can help prevent the next one.
How long will it take?
All repairs are done in store, most while you shop or within a few days. We don't do on-site visits. We’ll give you an idea of timing when we check your device.
